Sour cherries in gel
Sour cherries in gel are an semi-finished product created by cooking cherries with the addition of sugar, starch and flavoring and preservative substances. The product contains carefully selected fresh or frozen sour cherry fruits in a thick and at the same time delicate, fruity gel. It contains a large amount of fruit – up to 50-60%.
Roasted apple is obtained by cooking fresh apples, cut into cubes, with the addition of sugar, starch, food acids, flavoring and preservatives. Only ripe and juicy fruits orchards were used to create the product.
Marmalade is a sweetened, thickened product with a hard, lubricating consistency. Thanks to the use of a carefully selected mixture of natural and high-quality ingredients, we obtain a product with a unique taste and dark red to burgundy color. The mix of juicy polish fruits contained in marmalade free of artificial colors is ideal for cakes, donuts, buns, as a semi-finished confectionery product and for direct consumption.
